The Ancestor Spotlight
Project is a quest to record and index historical anecdotes by surname. Do you have any good stories or descriptions of people and events of Magoffin County or other areas of Eastern
Kentucky? They might be memories about a "colorful" character, your sweet grandma or gramps, a birth or
death, an accident, a joke someone played or just anything that you find interesting, amusing or moving in
some way. They can even be about your own experiences growing up, living in or visiting Magoffin County or Eastern Kentucky.
